Most frequently asked questions & Answers

We prefer all final artwork to be submitted in VECTOR Format. (PDF, EPS, Ai, PSD, etc.) Flat image formats (JPEG & PNG) are not ideal for max resolution printing.

Turnaround times for projects will vary from project to project. We are a full custom sign shop. This means we do not deal in anything pre-made or ready-made. Speak with your assigned sales associate to determine a proper lead time for the project being quoted. 

To place your order, please submit a request through the online order request form, call the store directly, or come into the shop to discuss the project in detail. Do not be surprised if after placing your online request, you receive a phone call or email asking for specifics on the request. Some projects cannot be quoted until the sales team has enough information to get you quoted accurately. Details on each project will vary based on customer provided information. Quotes will vary based on the specifics of the project.

Finished product photos of completed projects can be seen on our website in the “Portfolio” Section. You can also see all project photos posted regularly on our Facebook and Instagram page. You can also come see first hand examples of finished products at our showroom located on Hwy 280 in Birmingham, AL. Call us for more details on specific examples.

While we do not recommend self-installation in most cases, every customer always has the option to install a project themselves. Every quote provided contains (2) prices, a “Sign Price” and an “Installation Rate”. We list these separately for this very reason. If a customer wishes to save a little bit, and install the project themselves, we do not discourage that. However, in many cases, those same customers are calling us back to either have the project redone and/or installed the second time around.
